Shipping policy

We ship our products daily from our Italian warehouse.

Shipping costs- and times will be shown after you enter your address at checkout.

Once your item leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link, which allows you to check the current status of your shipment.

If our local currier meets no one at the delivery address and cannot 100% safely leave it there, he/she will come back another two times without any additional costs.

We are proud to report a shipping success rate of >99% in 2026 (EU, CH, HK, SG, TW, SK & JP).

Japan (JP): Free from customs and taxes for orders under 10,000 JPY (effective value up to ~16,666 JPY as customs calculates on a 60% base value); if this limit is exceeded, an estimated import fee of 18- 20% (~9% textile duty + 10% Japanese Consumption Tax) will be requested by the courier.

Hong Kong (HK): 100% free of customs, VAT, or any import taxes regardless of your order amount.

Singapore (SG): Free from customs and taxes for orders up to 400 SGD; if your order exceeds 400 SGD, an estimated import fee of 9% (Singapore Goods and Services Tax) will be requested by the courier.
